Hatha yoga class is slow paced practice involves breath, body, and mind, and this class is 60 minutes long. This class is perfect for beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga
Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am

Vinyasa means to move with breath. Start your day with morning Vinyasa class. In this class the focus is on coordinating poses in a slow flow sequence. The class is medium paced.

Yin Yoga
wednesday 8:30 - 9:30 pm

Yin yoga is passive, slow and long held, it targets connective tissues, ligaments, fascia & joints. Yin yoga calms and balances the mind and body. It reduces stress and anxiety.

Yin & Yang
Sunday 6:00 - 7:00Pm

Two energies Two styles – Yin Yang Yoga class blends two yoga styles to bring balance  into the body and mind.  Yin is passive style and Yang is traditional Hatha style. 

Yoga Nidra
Monday 6:30 - 7:00 pm

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness , a deep meditative yogic sleep. It’s also referred to Going - to – sleep stage. State of Being. During this practice, practitioner rests comfortably in Savanna (corpse pose).
