Physical poses (asana) – Strengthen and tone the body
Breathwork (pranayama) – simple breath practice to boost mood and re-balance the nervous system, Nadi shodhna, kapala Bhati.
Relaxation ( Savasana)- in western world we have forgotten how to relax. 5 minutes finish off the class in savasana.
Hatha yoga classes in Isleworth, Hounslow, Osterley, Heston, Southall.
yoga classes will be focused on standing poses, backbends, seated poses. learn to breathe properly.

Directions: Located off the A4 next to Tesco Extra on Syon Lane. Once you reached and parked, before entering to the main reception, there is a black gate , go through that and you will see Community Centre, we are on the 1st floor in the dance studio.
- Parking – parking is available on the front , if that is full please park at the back of the school, press the buzzer to get through the security gate.
