Gong Healing & Pranayama
Gong Bath The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation. Feel the deep relaxation and stress relieving effects of this amazing Sound Bath
The Gong is a powerful tool for relaxation and rejuvenation for the human body. The gong envelopes the body in a sound wave that enables a depth of vibrational cellular healing that bypasses the mind. The gong has been shown to have therapeutic value: to detoxify, reduce blood pressure, relieve stress and stimulate the immune system.
Pranayama – The word pranayama is made of two separate Sanskrit words, prana and yama. Pranayama is the practice of controlling your breath or life force (prana).
There are a number of different ways that we can do this but we will be mainly focusing on deep breathing, alternate nostrils and kapal bhati.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a stress relieving practice with long held poses, Yin yoga emphasis on finding stillness.
Yin is a passive style of yoga and it helps release and open up connective-tissues, especially around the joints which brings moisture to the joints ( synovial fluid) to nourish the joints.
- It improves flexibility and reduces stress and anxiety.
- It brings calmness and balance into the mind.
- It stimulates the Meridian system the very same way as Acupuncture works.
- Yin yoga helps to reflect on inner peace and meditation, allowing the breath to be slow and relaxed.
